About the job
You take full end‑to‑end responsibility for our core financial processes and play a central role in securing financial integrity for our digital business. You work close to operations, owning the division’s financial backbone – from reporting and governance to insights and data quality. The environment is dynamic and cross-functional, giving you visibility into the entire TFS value chain while you drive continuous improvements in financial workflows and data governance.

The role is based primarily in Sweden (Stockholm preferred), with openness to strong candidates in Germany.
Your profile
You have a solid background in finance or accounting and confidently navigate both financial and business controlling. You’re used to working across multiple systems and feel comfortable translating complex data into insights that influence decisions.
You bring
You’re a clear and confident communicator who turns complex financial insights into something easy to understand. You influence and challenge stakeholders effectively and thrive in a fast‑moving environment where adaptability, resilience, and structure matter. You work proactively and independently, taking full ownership while balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. With a strong business‑partner mindset, you build trust, collaborate across functions, and naturally drive improvements in processes, reporting, and data quality.
