Responsibilities
- Management, steering and leadership of the sales-team consisting of Area Managers, Corporate Sales Manager and Sales specialist
- Development and recruitment of additional capabilities in the sales-team like Key Account Management and Used & Remarketing competence
- Frequent tracking and monitoring of sales, both Hyundai and competition, thereby being the expert in the field of the Swedish passenger car market always knowing the current development & trends
- After internal alignment, which requires strong stakeholder management, implement sales related measures and campaigns thereby supporting the target achievement of all targets independent of period, segment or sales-channel
- Being the contact-person internally but also to the European HQ in Frankfurt in sales-related topics
- Supporting internal and external reporting-processes for sales-related areas thereby securing accurate documentation of sales-reporting
- Support and secure excellent cooperation with other internal departments like Marketing and CX, Aftersales, Retail Channel Development etc thereby creating aligned internal forces for one common goal
- High interaction with the Agent-network via visits, digital meetings and other type of interaction securing a full commitment from the Agents for their customer engagement & satisfaction but also their quantitative targets
- Working professional and proactive in all sales-channels thereby maximizing the sales in all individual channels via tailormade offers, relationship building and a long-term perspective especially on Corporate Sales / B2B
- Interact and securing a very strong relationship with the preferred finance partner maximizing the achievement of common goals
- Taking the newly implemented Agent-model to the next level in terms of “retail-mindset” and fast adaptation from market-related change and see this as opportunities for increased business
- Being part of the development of the omni-channel approach and embrace digital and future ways of doing business thereby understanding the change of the automotive industry and the corresponding opportunities this bring.
Required education, experience, and skills
At least 10 years’ experience from the Swedish automotive industry working mainly with passenger cars preferably both in retail and in wholesale environmentsAcademical degree or similar preferably in Sales, Marketing or Finance or another relevant fieldStrong and solid managerial experience successfully leading a sales-teamProven track-record from previous sales-performance both as individual but also as a leaderVery good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenOutgoing personality with very strong intrapersonal skills and high level of energyGood social and communicative skillsVery good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDesired competencies
