What you will do :

  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
  • Generate and convert net new and expansion revenue for Oracle Human Capital Management
  • Create and drive business value propositions with customers
  • Become a ‘trusted advisor’ in HCM within your cluster
  • Work closely with the team (the Industry Business Unit, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Business Development, Product Marketing, Product Development, to plan and complete a winning strategy for Oracle HCM
  • Create pipeline and demand by using sales campaigns and events
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Industry dynamics and terminology

What you’ll bring :

  • Relevant experience (5-10 years) selling business apps (HCM preferably)
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, complex sales cycle and closing skills
  • Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment
  • Teamplayer and entrepreneurial thinker
  • Authorised to work in the country you’re applying for
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, any other Nordic language is a plus

    Career Level - IC4

    Primary job duty is to sell business applications software / solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
