Job summary
As a Sales Development Representative at Arbonics, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, conducting outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads to identify qualified sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects in the forestry and environmental sustainability sectors.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and follow up on marketing-generated inquiries.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on the value of Arbonics' products and services.
- Schedule sales appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Arbonics' offerings.
- Participate in sales and product training programs to continuously develop and enhance sales skills.
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.Proficiency in English & local languagePreferred Qualifications
