As a PM Site Planner your target is to plan and control project activities based on the specified project schedule with the objective of ensuring compliance.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for the project planning of the park (define sequence of activities, break down work packages into micro-activities, define resources / duration).
• Ensure that the activities of the schedule to be executed take place on schedule, analyzing foreseen and future scenarios, as well as recovery and acceleration plans.
• Estimation and control of resources and planned hours.
• Prepare reports with deadline indications and elaboration of weekly and daily process curves, as well as their correct updating.
• Detection of problems and defects in time to look for alternatives (activities, materials, personnel).
• Promote and monitor day-to-day actions and future planning. Daily coordination of work schedules with the production area and warehouses.
• Schedule updates in MS project and Primavera. High capacity in Primavera management is required.
