Skills Provision is searching for an Operations Manager for a company in Sweden.

The employer supplies sealing products for the international market, primarily in the chemical, semiconductor, biomedical and aerospace sectors.

Salary & Benefits

125,000 SEK p / m + Annual bonus

Role

Manage employees in the Purchasing Department.

Responsible for the operational performance of the company.

Carry out quality assessment inspections in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work.

Produce appraisal reports.

Manage complaints and related issues / problems.

Manage office budgets.

Develop a structure for internal / external compliance.

Involvement in the development of new products.

Brief the Board of Directors monthly.

Requirements

Managerial Degree.

Minimum of 12 years managerial experience.

Accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment.

Exceptional people management skills.

Ability to manage a large group of diverse workers.

Fluent in Swedish and English.

Ability to produce exceptional reports.

Analytical thinker.

Lead from the front, commands respect.
