Skills Provision is searching for an Operations Manager for a company in Sweden.

The employer supplies sealing products for the international market, primarily in the chemical, semiconductor, biomedical and aerospace sectors.

Location : Karlskrona, Sweden

Position : Permanent

Salary & Benefits

  • 125,000 SEK p / m + Annual bonus

Role

  • Manage employees in the Purchasing Department.
  • Responsible for the operational performance of the company.
  • Carry out quality assessment inspections in accordance with company policy.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Produce appraisal reports.
  • Manage complaints and related issues / problems.
  • Manage office budgets.
  • Develop a structure for internal / external compliance.
  • Involvement in the development of new products.
  • Brief the Board of Directors monthly.
  • Requirements

  • Managerial Degree.
  • Minimum of 12 years managerial experience.
  • Accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional people management skills.
  • Ability to manage a large group of diverse workers.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to produce exceptional reports.
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Lead from the front, commands respect.
