Job Summary :

Med Teknik is seeking a talented and creative Remote Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement across various platforms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Craft, curate, and manage engaging content across social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Oversee the Social Media Copywriter, providing guidance on content creation that aligns with strategic goals.

4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, and product development teams to coordinate campaign strategies and promotional activities.

5. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the company's social presence.

6. Analyze performance metrics to gauge the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

7. Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget planning, targeting, and performance analysis.

8. Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, leveraging this knowledge to foster Med Tekniks online presence.

Technical & Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and the ability to leverage their unique features for brand promotion and engagement.
  • Experience in creating, and managing engaging content across all kind of social platforms.

Skills & Abilities :

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track progress and manage workloads.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team and delivering successful social media campaigns.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to deadlines without compromising the quality of work.

  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
