Gilbarco Veeder-Root is the world leader in mobility and payment solutions for forecourts. Not only do we provide and install tank equipment, dispensers, EV chargers, sales, and monitoring systems, we ensure these are maintained and managed to the highest standards for our customers.

Our customer journey extends beyond the purchase of our products and services and is complimented by teams who provide extensive aftercare service, providing both preventative and reactive maintenance services to maximise product uptime..

Reporting to the Business Development Director, this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue opportunities across the Nordic and Baltic countries, where Gilbarco Veeder-Root has significant presence and a strong reputation.

With a key focus on achievingrevenue and profitability targets, you will identify emerging trends, potential areas for expansion and the competitive landscape to implement strategies to penetrate new customers, aligned to our strategic direction.

This is a diverse role where you will have the opportunity to work with various internal teams / functions across numerous geographies as you take ownership of the customer journey.

To be successful in this role; you need to have proven success in a business development role from within the e-Mobility, power or electrical industry, with a track record of achievements; excellent communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills coupled with ability to build and maintain relationships; results-driven with a winning mentality.The willingness and ability to travel across your region is a must.
