We recognize that finding child safety specialists who can simultaneously drive a strategic stakeholder agenda while leading operational retail and consumer initiatives is rare. This role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues across the four Nordic countries and the HQ in Germany. Your areas of responsibilities :
- Shape the future of child safety across the Nordic region.
- Collaborate with strategic stakeholders in all four Nordic countries, including traffic safety organizations and political figures.
- Lead the training and education of the Nordic team, introducing "train the trainer" concepts.
- Develop retail partner training programs to establish Cybex as the child safety expert (e.g., car seat masterclasses and certification programs).
- Advance the child safety agenda through both established safety guidelines and new product technologies.
- Support training and category growth initiatives at the commercial level in partnership with the CTPS Head of Sales and Marketing, CTP marketing manager, in-store architect, and retail partners.
- Identify relevant media partners and influencer channels to promote the child safety agenda to parents and expectant parents, while exploring new ways to collaborate.
- Act as a key partner for the Nordic GM, HoSM, and HQ car seat category team to elevate Cybex’s child safety initiatives in the Nordics.
- Drive PR strategies and build contacts to enhance Cybex’s visibility as a leading child safety expert among consumers.
Your profile of qualification
Background in the child safety industry (e.g., manufacturing / brand, insurance company, automobile club, or traffic safety organization).A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a commercial or technical focus, ideally a combination of both.Minimum of years of business experience.Strong fact-based and insight-driven mindset.A sales-oriented profile, with the ability to advocate for positions while understanding the perspectives of strategic stakeholders, retailers, and consumers.A natural leader capable of driving the child safety agenda within a matrix organization and navigating a stakeholder environment that is both fact-based and emotionally driven.Likely based in Sweden, though candidates from any Nordic country are considered.Fluent in Swedish and able to communicate in Nordic languages, with excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
