TASKS

  • As a Senior IT Key User in Warehousing, you will act as a contact person and first level support for operational processes of software and IT hardware in the warehouse area, for example on topics such as process disruptions, opening fault messages, troubleshooting, etc.
  • You will also provide system support for all operational IT systems used locally for warehouse operations (SAP LP4, material flow control, communication technology for printing, label printing, etc.) and manage the interface between the local warehouse system and central ERP systems.
  • You will also be responsible for configuration adjustments and the maintenance of process-related components such as servers and printers.
  • As part of project management, you will also support projects with your technical expertise, the review / acceptance of technical concepts and the implementation of the UAT including test documentation.
  • You will carry out regression tests as part of business releases.
  • If required, you will support the operational warehouse management team with routine-based reporting (activity reports and inventory development).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed training in the IT or logistics sector
  • initial experience with warehouse management and distribution processes
  • practiced in testing hardware and software
  • Knowledge of eWM, SAP R / 3 MM and TM as well as other internal applications is desirable
  • On-call duty on Saturdays
  • Very good German and good English skills
