Your tasks
- Installation and configuration of the clients (Microsoft Windows)
- Software distribution (Microsoft SCCM / MECM)
- Management of mobile end devices in an MDM (VMWare Airwatch / Workspace ONE)
- Setup, installation and maintenance of IT devices
- Collaboration in the IT service desk
- Elimination of software and hardware faults
- Instruction of users at the workplace
Your professional profile
Bachelor's degree or a HAW / FH diploma in an IT-oriented course of study (e.g. computer science, administrative informatics, applied computer science, technical computer science, business informatics) or training as an IT specialist in system integration (m / f / d)In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 and Office 2016 / 365Knowledge in the areas of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)Knowledge of VMWare Airwatch / Workspace ONEBasic knowledge of PowershellYour personal profile
