We are now looking for an Infrastructure and IT Operations Leader for Edenred Sweden!

In this role as an Infrastructure and IT Operations leader, you will be a part of a local dynamic IT team based in Stockholm, Liljeholmen. Since Edenred is a global company, you will also be a part of the global Infrastructure organization that is managing all IT systems worldwide (Global Technology - GT). Within GT, the Infra and operations team manages all infrastructure services. You will also cooperate closely with all other Infrastructure teams (Northern Europe) and GT teams (Architecture, Infrastructure & IT Operations, Security, PMO and Finance).

You will be working closely with Sweden Security & Architecture lead and with the Application project team reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and IT Operations NOE within Global Technology team with a dotted line to the IT Director of Sweden. Additionally you will manage one direct report (IT Support), so we're looking for someone that want to take the opportunity to develop your leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the single point of contact for any Infrastructure topic in Edenred Sweden with the personnel responsibility for 1 Direct report.
  • Manage all IT environment including Help Desk operation, asset management & contracts.
  • Responsible for the 1st line support services for Edenred employees, including business app availability, reported by clients from the customer services.
  • Responsible for managing some business operations tasks (DataFix, Client ordering or reporting file management, investigations into business applications to solve client cases).
  • Follow-up Cloud Infrastructure and IT Operation SLAs and important monitoring alerts.
  • Deliver best in class Infrastructure services to all departments in line with Global Technology expectations.
  • Contribute to global Infrastructure and IT Operations Services on a regional level and be the escalation point.
  • Understand Local Business Unit’s strategy, roadmaps, requirements working closely with local teams (Architecture, Application, PO…).
  • Translate these Business Unit’s requirements into Infrastructure requests, projects, and transformations.
  • Manage Global and Local Infrastructure project portfolio and associated roadmaps.
  • Contribute to Infrastructure global projects deployment in BU with a specific focus on Cloud migration, on legacy and security transformation projects.
  • Develop and publish regular dashboards and KPI’s to all BU and GT stakeholders (Zone and Region Directors, Local IT Director, Corporate functions).

We believe that you have

Preferably you have at least 5 years minimum of professional experience, and good technical skills in Infrastructure and help desk operation management, including operational roles in international and or multicultural environments. In this role you will have one direct report and further, we believe that you have :

  • A significant experience in Azure Cloud services (Migration project and / or Subscription Administration and / or Cloud Architecture and / or Cloud engineering).
  • Experience of both internal support for employees (managing incidents, the operating systems and network related issues) and external support for client issues.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • A significant experience of 1st line support, and interest in technology overall.
  • Experience of Windows Servers, O365, Call Center, VMware (nice to have).
  • Knowledge within SQL, Database administration, scripting is a plus.
  • Financial, project management and negotiation skills.
  • Great intellectual agility, and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel.
  • Experience or interest for service delivery and End User experience.
