Position Description

ADP is hiring a Implementation and Quality Manager (IQM)

In this role, you will have an overall overview and planning of the inflow of customers.

Responsible for quality assurance of ADP's payroll processes around digitisation and efficiency. Is part of the Payroll Department as a senior adviser where they actively contribute to the selection of new system solutions and their implementation. Responsible for quality assurance of major implementations as well as standardisation of our customers and processes for a more efficient way of working and to minimise the risk of errors.

Responsible for ensuring that test protocols exist, are followed and tested by the test group when updating Hogia.

Responsible for news coverage regarding legislation that affects ADP. Has a very good sense of service, has a consultative approach and is stimulated by new challenges. Is flexible in his work and can manage a balance with parallel salary customers with resource and capacity planning for fewer start-ups.

Included in LG Sweden and has personal responsibility for the Implementation Team.
