Responsibilities
- Book and manage all accounting transactions.
- Gathering and monitoring financial data.
- Participate in forecasting and budgeting.
- Deliver financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit / loss statements.
- Actively drive improvements in routines and processes.
Required education, experience, knowledge and skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, business administration, or relevant filed.3+ years of work experience as a financial accountant or similar role.In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures.Good knowledge of Swedish laws and regulations.Good knowledge of finance and accounting best practises.Experienced on large ERP systems. SAP knowledge desirable.Fluency in English & Swedish language.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Experience from an auditor assistant position is advantageous.Experience from the automotive industry is advantageous.Desired competencies
