Your mission

In this position, you drive and facilitate end-to-end improvement initiatives to secure a successful way of working. You collaborate with various functions to identify and outline opportunities, analyze and quantify benefits, evaluate alternative solutions and safeguard successful implementation of changes – from both a business and a technical perspective. By performing data-based analysis and promoting fact-driven decisions, you make sure that we have the best possible scenarios for achieving optimal results. Your input is gathered through active collaboration across our business, evaluating current organizational, operating and behavioral aspects – always aligned to customer needs.

The location for this position is Sandviken or Gimo, Sweden. We offer you a hybrid work solution where you can spend up to two days per week working from another location.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with a university degree within a relevant field for the role, such as engineering or business administration. You have a background in continuous improvement and managing business changes. Proven experience of lean and agile practices is considered beneficial, as well as experience with business process management. Acting in a truly global context you need excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
