Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for HV / MV solutions, products and associated services
- Foster strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Meet Sales and Financial KPI´s
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Represent Autoliv at trade shows and industry events.
- Provide market insights to refine product development and marketing strategies.
The Bigger Picture
This role is based in Vårgårda, Sweden, with hybrid work options. You’ll have the opportunity to travel globally and work closely with colleagues across various divisions. The team is highly skilled, collaborative, and dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions in an exciting and evolving market. You will report to the Managing Director HV / MV Electrical Safety. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation in HV / MV and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. You bring a proven ability to drive business development, together with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You should be fluent in both English and Swedish and you excel at navigating complex sales in new B2B industry markets and converting them into strategic opportunities. You have good abilities in understanding the technology field of HV / MV applications.
