Due to continued expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced ConstructionSite Manager to join their team on a significant construction project in Sweden. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality project delivery, while coordinating subcontractors and direct labour. You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team to achieve programme and budget targets. Site Manager Responsibilities : Management of subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth delivery of project activities Plan and monitor daily and weekly work schedules to ensure progress aligns with overall project programme Coordinate and attend site meetings to maintain project alignment and resolve site-based issues Ensure works are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget Implement effective site management practices to maximise efficiency and minimise waste Provide safety leadership and promote a strong health and safety culture on-site Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all stages of the build Work closely with the Health & Safety Department and Senior Management to protect the interests of both company and client Prepare site reports, maintain project documentation, and manage required administrative tasks Necessary Requirements : Have a minimum of 5 years site-based construction management experience Possess a 3rd level qualification in construction or engineering, or a strong trade background Proven experience managing subcontractors and direct teams Experience working on large-scale construction projects; hyperscale data centre experience a distinct advantage Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Strong time management abilities and a results-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site reporting tools Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety on previous projects Interested candidates who feel they meet the above requirements for the Construction Site Manager should send their CV along with their salary expectation in confidence to the address providedfor further information.
