Job Mission :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Lifting Automation division within the RoW team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and expanding our presence in the SEA and Southern Africa regions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement strategic sales plans, contributing to our mission of advancing automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and profitability targets in the SEA and Southern Africa regions.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, distributors, and partners.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Travel extensively within the region to meet clients and attend industry events (expectation of travel every 5-7 weeks).
- Develop and expand partnerships within the region to drive business growth.
- Oversee the operations of the LA division in India, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
