Your role
As Head of Sales and Marketing at CabinAir, you will play a key role in driving their growth in the global market, both through sales and marketing. Your main task will be to build and develop business relationships with new and existing customers worldwide. By developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and expand the market presence, you will ensure CabinAir achieves its goals. You will also be responsible for aftermarket sales, where your task will be to ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up and support. A critical part of your role will be to design and execute campaigns that engage and attract our target audiences, and to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for budgeting and performance reporting within marketing and sales, which ensures that our efforts are both effective and profitable.
Your responsibilities
- Build business relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to maximize growth potential
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales
- Collaborating closely with our product development team to ensure our products meet customer needs and expectations
- Building a sales and leadership organization
Qualifications
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a hands-on attitude who is not afraid of challenges and is focused on securing business. You have a positive mindset and communicate clearly and are effective at creating and developing business relationships. You are a natural leader and confidently navigate complex sales cycles and take responsibility for driving the business forward with determination and professionalism. We would like to see you who like to travel a lot as this role will involve a lot of travel, you have good communication skills and a strong drive.
