IT System Administrator (m / f / d)
We are looking for an IT System Administrator (m / f / d) to maintain and develop our IT systems. An agile, recognized good employer with the best working conditions in a beautiful new building in Glinde near Hamburg is looking forward to meeting you.
These tasks await you
- First and second level support for employees (helpdesk, telephone, remote maintenance)
- Work with ticket system (OTRS)
- Procurement of hardware and software as well as the technical setup / adjustment of workstations, telephones, printers, etc.
- Installation / testing of software (operating system, applications and system components)
- Management of Microsoft Active Directory and its components
- Administration and maintenance of server environments (on-premise and cloud)
- Maintenance, installation and administration of virtual servers and client desktops
- Administration of cloud services (Azure, Office 365, laaS, CNT)
- Standardization and documentation of administrative tasks
- Monitoring and documentation of the network and system infrastructure
- Support and implementation of IT projects, particularly with a focus on security
- Support for national and international IT locations and their applications
- Management of external service providers / IT service management
