Tasks

• Project planning and coordination : You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate resources and ensure that all project phases are completed on time. You will work closely with various departments to achieve the project goals.
• Risk management : you identify potential risks at an early stage and develop strategies to mitigate them. You continuously monitor the progress of the project and adjust plans as necessary to minimize risks.
• Communication and reporting : You ensure clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders. Regular status reports and presentations for management are just as much a part of your job as documenting project results.
• Quality management : By implementing and monitoring quality standards, you ensure that the project results meet the requirements. To do this, you will carry out regular quality checks and initiate corrective measures if necessary.
• Budget and cost control : You monitor the project budget and ensure that all expenditure remains within budget. You will analyze financial data and prepare reports to ensure the financial health of the project.
