Lotus BakeriesTyresoTo further grow our Annas & Lotus Bakeries business, we are looking for an extra Key Account manager Export Annas. In this role you will be responsible for the sales management of a selection of distributors, retail customer accounts across Traditional, Convenience & Discounter Channel on a international level with additional responsibility to develop business for the Annas brand.
You will grow sales, volume & profit of Annas Pepparkakor by developing and implementing action plans at customer level supported by marketing / trade marketing insight activities as appropriate for those customers. You will be part of our Annas & Lotus Bakeries Sales office Nordics, which is located in Stockholm – Tyresö.
- You will have full account management and P&L responsibilities for new and selected clients & channels.
- Responsible to build a plan and start up new customers as well as geografical markets for the Annas brand.
- Visit all customer contacts to foster strong working relationships.
- Generate & retain multiple relationships across the account network, from head office to regional levels, to help facilitate the success of the accounts.
- Compose and deliver customer account plans with goals and priorities for Annas Pepparkakor.
- Detailed planning & preparation for customer meetings with effective follow up.
- Effective presenting / negotiating at customer meetings
- Co-ordination, monitoring and review sales & promotional activities.
- Effective forecasting and planning input, relating to customer portfolio
- Manage customer spend in line with budgets
- Complete sales support administration tasks, sales reports promotional reports etc (using customer epos and internal SAP).
- Effective maintenance of customer administrative systems, pricing, & links with customer service
- Travel will be required
- Reporting to the Sales Manager Sales office Nordics.
